The city is filled with criminals and a sinister cult poisoning its underbelly. You fight through enemies using whatever is at hand, including hooks, meat processors, and ovens, while moving through mountains of corpses.

Long ago, a serial killer kidnapped two siblings. The boy escaped, and twenty years later became a detective like his father. Driven by grief and rage, he hunts the murderer responsible for his sister’s death, even as his actions begin to unravel his mind and raise questions about who the real serial killer is.
