Following the events at Wildberger Hospital, Caroline Walker hopes for a normal life with her sister, Anna. In the months that follow, Anna is haunted by visions of violence and death, and her disturbing drawings begin to manifest into reality.

Desperate to help her, Caroline travels to the remote town of Villa Hess and a mysterious clinic in the mountains of southern Chile. Behind the staff’s warm smiles lies a darker truth, and the sisters soon find themselves in a new nightmare.

Explore Villa Hess and locations such as a shadowy convent, a derelict shopping mall, and an abandoned school. Use supernatural powers to switch between realities, change the past, and search for alternate paths in the other side.

Collect and modify makeshift weapons, including the nailer and chainsaw, and use quick select in battle. Examine, combine, and manipulate items to solve puzzles, face new enemies, and choose between classic fixed-camera survival horror or assisted mode.
