The city is a Roaring ’20s port under a supernatural flood, with tide-stained streets, battered Art Deco, and darkened speakeasies. Travel is by foot and skiff, and the setting includes collapsed seawalls, boarded parlors, a hospital, a fish market, and places deep below the city where eldritch horrors stir.

A ritual gone wrong trapped a woman’s soul in the Dreamlands, while malevolent forces stole her body. To rescue her, you must follow a dangerous path through catastrophe to the source of the flood.

Enemies include the Slither, Deep Ones, and shadows that bend space. Some fights call for retreat and preparation, while optional investigations can lead to upgraded weapons.
