Sine Mora EX is a side-scrolling shoot’em up where time is the ultimate factor. It mixes classic shooter sensibilities with contemporary presentation and includes both Story Mode and Arcade Mode.

The game features over 50 weapon combinations, time-manipulating devices, and scaling difficulty across seven stages. Story Mode is designed to be accessible, while Arcade Mode offers multiple difficulty levels, deep scoring, and a hidden rank system.

The soundtrack is composed by Akira Yamaoka, and the boss designs are by Mahiro Maeda. It also includes local co-op for up to 2 players in Story mode, three versus modes, new challenge levels, improved rendering, and native 4K at 60 FPS.
