OTXO is a violent top-down shooter with roguelite elements. You play as a featureless, unnamed protagonist who enters an inexplicable mansion in search of his lost love.

As you venture deeper into the mansion, more of its secrets are revealed. You cut through unique areas, meet new allies, and face your inner demons.

The game features a wide variety of guns, over 100 abilities, and a slow-motion Focus mechanic for dodging bullets. It also includes 8 areas, more than 150 hand-crafted rooms, unlockable weapons, and a soundtrack composed by the developer.
