Oniken: Unstoppable Edition

An 8-bit-inspired action platformer where ninja mercenary Zaku fights to help a rebel movement against the military organization Oniken in a post-war world.

When a global war nearly decimated humankind, the military organization Oniken took advantage of the situation to dominate and oppress the remaining survivors. A small rebel movement organizes strikes against it, and a ninja mercenary named Zaku offers his services to the resistance for unknown reasons.

This action platform game is highly inspired by 1980s games and movies. It features 8-bit-era graphics, sounds, and difficulty, along with cinematic cutscenes, over 18 boss fights, six missions with three stages each, an extra mission after the game is completed, and a boss rush mode.

The updated edition includes no more random drops from item boxes, gameplay and level design tweaks, graphical improvements, an old TV filter, and DRM-free achievements called Bounties. It also includes Hardcore Mode and global leaderboards.
