Night Slashers is a horror-themed beat ’em up set in a nightmarish world filled with bloodthirsty creatures and supernatural horrors. You play as unlikely heroes fighting hordes of supernatural foes and monsters while trying to stop a supernatural apocalypse.

The original arcade game was developed by DATA EAST in 1994. Gameplay spans seven distinct stages, each divided into multiple sections, with progression from left to right as enemies are defeated. The screen will not scroll forward until all threats are cleared, and each level ends with a boss battle.

Features include an expanded hero roster, team play for up to four players, improved controls and combat mechanics, updated visual effects, and a haunting soundtrack. Players can choose between the classic OST and newly arranged music, and the character selection screen has been overhauled.
