Deus Ex

Deus Ex is a 2052 action game about JC Denton, a UNATCO agent using nanotechnology augmentations to fight the NSF and uncover a deeper conspiracy amid plague, unrest, and shadowy organizations.

In 2052, the world is in crisis. A devastating plague called the Gray Death is ravaging the global population, while supplies of the only vaccine are tightly controlled. Economic inequality and widespread unrest are rising as well.

The National Secessionist Force targets shipments of the scarce cure. Recently deployed agent JC Denton, working for the United Nations Anti-Terrorist Coalition, is equipped with cutting-edge nanotechnology augmentations and assigned to combat the threat.

As Denton investigates, he discovers the conflict is deeper than simple terrorism. Shadowy organizations are competing for dominance, and the conspiracy behind the Gray Death forces him to question his employers, his mission, and the future of civilization.
