Astro Burn is a cute-em-up bullet hell where you guide Astro through chaotic, hostile environments from Earth’s orbit downward, dodging projectiles and blasting enemies with weapon combos, a jetpack, and catnip-powered abilities.

Astro Burn is described as a love letter to early ’90s cute-em-up classics like Parodius and Pop’n TwinBee. It presents a bullet hell where bright visuals, charming characters, and absurd enemies surround fast, precise gameplay.

Your base firepower is limited, and catnip power-ups are central to survival. Stacking time-limited boosts can transform a fragile space cat into a screen-clearing force, with momentum building toward Meodoooken, a catnip-fuelled finishing move.

The story follows Astro as she travels home from Earth’s orbit and into a hostile descent through twisted environments. With a robotic companion at her side, she moves through a relentless gauntlet of enemies, hazards, and changing biomes while searching for answers.

The game also features outrageous weapon combos, a rocket-fuelled jetpack, and dodging through projectiles, laser grids, collapsing structures, fire traps, and floating islands.
